He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Anne Cook Fletcher; his parents, Paul Fletcher and Lillian Griffin Fletcher; and his sister Emilyn Fletcher Gee. He is survived by: his son James Timothy Fletcher.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Harding Methodist Church Cemetery (924 Wiley Branch Rd, Tifton, GA 31794).
His contributions to both his church and the surrounding community were a source of pride, embodying his belief in service and fellowship.
