It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry Lee Barnard (Tifton, Georgia), who passed away on October 9, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Barnard and Mary Elizabeth Thompson; the mother of his children Nancy Chappell; his significant other Vera Perkins; and his siblings, Mary Jeanette Jones, Virginia Weatherington, Henrietta Kidd and Obie P Blankenship.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Barnard (Gail), Monica Lea Branch and Michael Dorman (Beth); his sister Linda Sue Hanson; and his grandchildren, Randy Dailey, Ashlea Walker, Clay Barnard, Ryan Rogers, Garrett Dorman and Kayla Scroggins. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
