He was predeceased by: his parents, Hendricks Charles Swain, Sr. and Mildred Ray Swain. He is survived by: his daughter Carrie; his son-in-law Daniel Simone of Tallahassee, Florida; his son Casey; his daughter-in-law Cindy Swain of Orlando, Florida; and his grandchildren, Timothy Swain, John H. Swain, Kelly Ann Swain, Alex Swain, Amelia Simone and Charlotte Simone.
