Kirkland; her sons-in-law, Kenneth Conley and Sonny Hilliard; and her siblings, Charles Flancher, Montine Kirkland, Juanita Kirkland and Vera Schofill.
She is survived by: her children, Luther Howard Jr. (Cathy Kirkland), Richard E. Kirkland of Phoenix, Mike A. Kirkland of Tifton, Elaine Conley of Tuscaloosa, Deborah Hilliard of Tifton and Peggy Sue of Tifton; her son-in-law Junior Barfield of Tifton; her siblings, Eldora O'Neil of Nashville, Valle Mente of Ponte Vedra, Florida and Jack; and her sister-in-law Betty Flancher of Tifton. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
