He was predeceased by: his father Jim L. Marshall; and his brothers, James Alton Marshall and Aubrey Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Palmer Marshall; his children, Casey Marshall (Amy) of Tifton, Feraby Moye (Keith) of Cairo and Jennifer Hickox (Michael) of Tifton; his grandchildren, Brandon, Megan, Mandi, Charlotte and Jackson; and his sister Ann Stilwell.
