She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Powell and Willie Carpenter Powell; her husband Rev. Joe Wiggins; and her sons, Meredith Wayne Wiggins, Gary Howard Wiggins and Charles Thomas Wiggins.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronnie Joe (Martha Wiggins), Hugh Dennie (Hazel Wiggins), George Timothy Wiggins of Tifton, David (Wanda Wiggins) and Tony Green Wiggins (Jerry Powell Wiggins) of Milledgeville; and her daughters-in-law, Jean Wiggins of Statesboro and Helen Wiggins of Tifton. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; forty-eight great grandchildren and seventeen great- great grandchildren.
