He is survived by: his pet Leo; the mother of his children Jane Olthoff Hawkins of Tifton; his son Spencer; his daughter-in-law Amy Hawkins of Tifton; his daughter Natalie Hawkins; his son-in-law Lewis Smith of Tifton; his sister Judy Hawkins Allen of Atlanta; and his granddaughter Ashtyn "Tate" Hawkins.
