She was predeceased by: her father Joseph H. Clark; her former husband James E West; her husband Carl Jensen; her children, James A. West and Angela W Futrill; and her grandchildren, Rodney F. Little II and Alisha L. Godbee.
She is survived by: her daughter Pam Little (Rodney); her grandchildren, Amanda Barfield (John Lee), Shelly Puckett and Justin Futrill (Bella); her great grandchildren, Savanna Smith (Isaac), Nathaniel Little, Alivia Watson, Anslee Barfield, Carson Barfield, Adalee Barfield, Primrose Futrill and Jacob; and her great great grandchild Lyla Grayce Smith.
