He was predeceased by: his parents, James Oliver Harper and Mary Lisenby Harper; his son Patrick Coleman, Jr.; and his siblings, Langford Harper, Charlie Harper, Frank Harper and Daphne Harper.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Taylor Harper of Tifton; his children, Chris Harper of Kent, Brandon (Heather Harper), Amanda Coleman of Denver and Katie Coleman of Newnan; his sister Martha; his brother-in-law James Mullis; and his grandchildren, Reese Harper of Tifton, Wyatt Harper of Tifton, Hunter Dowdy of Newnan, Ty Dowdy of Newnan, David Harper of Little Rock, Beverly Harper of Little Rock, Austin Kneeler of Fairbanks and Braun Harper of Nashville. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Victory Baptist Church (404 Love Ave, Tifton, GA 31794). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
