He is survived by: his mother Bernice White (Luke); his friend Jerry Macri; his wife Jo Ford; his sons, Ryan White (Larisa), Mitchell White (Angela), Zach White (Alicia) and Andrew White (CC); his brothers, Jerry White (Deneen) and Leslie White; his grandchildren, Elijah, Savannah of Luke, ZJ, Aiden, Taylor of Jaiden, AJ, Logan, Brittany, Michael Haymes, Chris and Amber; and his great grandchildren, Liv and Holden.
