It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dan Harold Sutton of Tifton, Georgia, who passed away on September 4, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Murris Eugene Sutton, Sr. and Agnes Irene Brady Sutton; and his sister Peggy Butler. He is survived by: the mother of his children Kathy Sutton of Stuart, Florida; his girlfriend Debra Cowart of Tifton; his son Joseph; his daughter-in-law Heather Sutton of Huntsville, Alabama; his stepdaughter Vicki (Clayton Phillis) of Stuart, Florida; his brother Murris Sutton, Jr. of Ellenwood; his grandchildren, Rachel Phillis, Audrey Phillis, Alexis Sutton and Cole Sutton; and his nephews, Bart Butler and Brett Butler.
