He is survived by: his wife Margie Fallin Applewhite of Tifton; his sons, Bruce (Lena Applewhite), Paul (Linda Applewhite) and John Baldwin III (Shelly Davis); his siblings, Robert Applewhite of Poplarville, Mississippi and Doris Hays of Jackson, Mississippi; his grandchildren, Nicole O'Neal, John Davis IV, Heath Hosch and Ellen Applewhite; and his great grandchildren, Jase Morris, Kendall Morris and Jaxon Morris.
