Carolyn Partin Harvey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2024, Carolyn Partin Harvey (Tifton, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Partin and Irene Barry Partin; and her husband Joe Harvey. She is survived by: her children, Joe E. Harvey II (Adeth) of Bonaire, Tonya Davis (Patrick) of Fleming Island and Joseph LoBiondo (Kathleen) of Albion, Maine.; her sister Melba Padgett (Bob) of Okeechobee; and her grandchildren, Scott Roberson of Tifton, Kim Hill of Ocilla, Liz Davis of Fleming Island and Rachael LoBiondo of Dale. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, one nephew, and two nieces.
