He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly C. Franks and Annie Mae Green Franks; his son Alan Bruce Franks; and his brother Leonard Franks. He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Luke Franks of Tifton; his daughters, Gail (Mark Barnard) and Cindy (Dale Wells); his brother Wayne; his sister-in-law Sally Franks of Enigma; and his sisters, Donna Paulk of Tifton and Carolyn Goforth of Tifton. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home For Funerals (420 Love Ave, Tifton, GA 31794). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Flowers will be accepted, or memorial gifts may be made to a charity of choice.
