It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Kay Kelly (Tifton, Georgia), who passed away on June 18, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Roy Kenneth; her son Rusty Moore; and her sister Donna Hickman. She is survived by: her son Brian (Natalia Moore); and her brothers, Jeff (Roxanne Monk) and Robert Monk of Kingsport. She is also survived by four grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
