He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Ann" Youmans Brewster; his children, Lisa, Steve Smith, Tim, Katrice Brewster, Robert L., Lanny and Brewster, Jr. (Rob Nixon); his grandchildren, Evan Spencer Smith, Daniel Lancer Smith and Ashtyn Brewster; and his great grandchildren, Savannah Smith, Micah Smith, Samuel Smith, Micayla Smith, Shepherd Smith and Elliott Smith.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Albritton Funeral Directors (1020 Tift Ave N, Tifton, GA 31794). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at the Tift Memorial Gardens (1754 US-82, Tifton, GA 31794).
