It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Partain of Tifton, Georgia, who passed away on May 26, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fairell Partain (Bill) and Bertha Mae Hall Partain. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn W. Smith Partain; his son Matthew; his daughter-in-law Gena Partain of Tifton, GA; his daughter Angel; his son-in-law Chris Watts of Lenox, GA; his siblings, Linda Langley of Tifton, GA, Margie Partain (Frank Sullivan) of Salem, AL and James; his sister-in-law Tammy Partain; his granddaughters, Mystry and Chelsie; and his great grandchildren, Journie, Raiden Pritchard of Turner, CO., Brandon, Kelly Nance, Jordan and Cody Nance. He is also survived by several step grandchildren and great grandchildren; as well as extended family.
