She is survived by: her daughter Shirley Mead (James); her grandchildren, Zach Chyzik (Nikki), Hannah Chyzik, Natalee Chyzik and Josh Chyzik; and her stepdaughter Donna Farhreddine (Mohamad). She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
