She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence H. Scott and Grace Thorne Scott; her husband Paul Clouser; the father of her children Edward Vincent Mazzola, Sr.; and her stepson Jerry Clouser.
She is survived by: her children, Edward V. Mazzola Jr. (Sara) of Jupiter, Florida and Danielle Kistler (Mark) of Tifton, GA; and her stepchildren, Maymarie Veety and Scott Clouser. She is also survived by four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
