She was predeceased by: her parents, Asbury Ledford and Mattie Wills Ledford; her former husband James Carr; her husband James Burns; and her children, Ann Carr, James Carr, Sandra Carr and Bobby Carr.
She is survived by: her son Paul Burns; her sister Margaret Clements of Tifton; her daughter-in-law Linda Carr of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; and her grandchildren, Paula Haders and James Carr. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
