She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Goldberg and Frances Hornstein Goldberg. She is survived by: her husband Joe Hoffman; her daughter Jenna Hoffman Ben-Yehuda; and her grandchildren, Lila Sivan Ben-Yehuda, Samuel Charles Ben-Yehuda and Ada Eliza Ben-Yehuda of Chevy Chase, MD..
A graveside service was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bonaventure Cemetery (330 Bonaventure Rd, Thunderbolt, GA 31404). The pandemic's strictures in 2020 gave rise to a rebirth in her Judaism and she found a virtual home in Adas Israel of Washington, DC, where she remained a member for the rest of her life.
