He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Lee O'Neal and LulaBelle Barrett O'Neal. He is survived by: his close friend Beth Cushman; his children, Steven O'Neal, Dianne Clark (Jimmy), Crystal O'Neal and Vanessa O'Neal; his sisters, Joyce Clack and Elwanda Lamb; his grandchildren, Niki West (Chris), Sabin Clark, Jessica Lee, Jacqueline Lee, Jamie O'Neal, Declan Flaherty and Keegan Flaherty; and his great grandchildren, Jason Perez and Holden West (family: Ray, Allison, Addison Cushman). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
