He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Hughes Morris; his stepfather Stanton Morris; and his brother Stan Morris. He is survived by: his father Kenneth Usry; his children, Blake Usry (Haven), Jesse Usry and Nicole Montes; his brother Stephen Usry; and his grandchildren, Natalie Montes, Christian Montes, Cali Bleu Usry, Shiloh River Usry and Josiah Usry.
