He is survived by: his wife Joann Goldman Collins; his daughter Laurie Larson (Eric); his daughter-in-law Angela Collins; and his grandchildren, Christopher Collins, Brandon Collins, Alia Collins, Dylan Collins, John Michael Larson and Hunter Larson.
