With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William T. Braddy Jr. of Thomson, Georgia, born in Lyons, Georgia, who passed away on February 25, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As William departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though William may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy William leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his wife Lonice Braddy; his son Mike Braddy; and his siblings, Elaine Williams and Gene Braddy. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Cindy Tilsham; and his siblings, Annette Mobley, Peggy Higginbottom, Margie Williamson, Carol Funderburk, Charles Braddy and Tommy Braddy. He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren and his 4 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens (2235 Washington Rd, Thomson, GA 30824).
