It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilbur Cook (Thomson, Georgia), born in Uvalda, Georgia, who passed away on July 22, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, W. B. Cook, Jr. and Nadine Martin Cook; and his former wife Roberta Elaine Cook. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hudgins Cook; his daughters, Sabrina Cook Kemper (Jeremy) of Brunswick and Crystal Cook McKnight of Aiken, SC; his stepsons, Chuck Valentine of Thomson, GA, Randy Valentine and James Valentine; and his sister Annette Cook Hobbs of Gibson, GA. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
