It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sadie Strother (Thomson, Georgia), born in Ruskin, Florida, who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Strother; her parents, Emory Connally and Sarah Connally; and her brother Alfred Connally. She is survived by: her brothers, Robert Connally (Phyllis) and Tharon Connally; her sister-in-law Lois Thornton; her children, Lester Strother (Joyce) of Thomson, Kathy Wells (late Barney "Lum") and Bill Strother (Joy) of Warrenton; and her grandchildren, Brian Adams (Angie) of Warrenton, Bruce Strother (Lokey), Jennifer Adams, Lisa Howard (Billy), Adam Ivie, Jessica Murphey (Bobby) and Josh Holley (Tara). She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
