She was predeceased by: her spouse Victor Ledelle Burt; her grandson Robert Jackson Walker Hawes; her siblings, Sarah Dudley Huff, Dorothy Dudley Kitchens and Howell Thomas Dudley (Pete); and her sister-in-law Sybil Burt Vaughn.
She is survived by: her children, David Curtis Burt (Beverly) and Vicky Burt Hawes; her grandchildren, Robyn Lee Hawes Ferrell (Tim), Joshua Chadwick Burt (Brittany) and Krista Burt Purvis (Sammy); her great grandchildren, Morgan Riley Ferrell, Gretchen Victoria Ferrell and Harrison Walker Burt; her sister Margaret Dudley Smith; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Etna Bennett Dudley and Betty Burt Berry. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
