He was predeceased by: his wife Jeannie Shadburn; his parents, J. C. Shadburn and Pearl Tuggle Shadburn; and his sister Jewel Shadburn Rich. He is survived by: his sons, Neil Shadburn (Melissa) of Senoia, GA and Roger Shadburn (Michelle) of Alpharetta, GA; his grandsons, Neal Shadburn and Roger Lee "Tripp" Shadburn, III; and his sister Anne Shadburn Barnes of Ringgold, GA. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews, and several cousins.
A graveside service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Broadlawn Memorial Gardens (5979 New Bethany Rd, Buford, GA 30518).
