He was predeceased by: his son William "Mike" Basham. He is survived by: his wife Sharon M. Basham; and his children, Sheila Womack (Mike), Robert "Bobby" Anderton, Thomas "Randy" Basham (Melodie) and Roger D. Basham Jr. (Paula). He is also survived by seven siblings; and 11 grandchildren.
