He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Wollner and Marie Wollner; his son Robert Edward Wollner Jr.; and his former wife Sandra Wollner (Kirst). He is survived by: his wife Christy (White); his daughter Christina Reed (Mallie) of Colorado; his siblings, Joanie Leasum (Chuck), Betty Horneck, Ron, Richard, Jim and Alvin Wollner; and his grandchildren, Racheal, Sakima Reed and Nicolas Fino.
