She was predeceased by: her husband Charles L. Tullis Sr.; her parents, Oliver Axon and Marguerite Axon; and her brother Roy Axon. She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Bentley (Wayne), Mitzy Axon and S. C.; her grandsons, Bob Bentley (Adarian) and Will Bentley (Macy); her great grandchildren, Harper and Raegan Bentley; and her brother Lloyd Axon (Leona).
