He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Lee Hobbs and Nettie Lou Landrum; his daughter Rosemary Pinion; and his sister Mildred Hobbs Hadden. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Hobbs; his daughters, Alecia Stewart (Rocky) of Wadley, GA and Sheila Morey (Clyde) of Thomson, GA; and his grandchildren, Kara Morey (Clay), Nicholas Stewart (Melissa), Ashley Stewart Austin (Andrew), Taylor Morey Hobbs (Cory), Mallory Morey and Shelby Morey. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
