It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Ashworth Faglier of Thomson, Georgia, born in Oakdale, Louisiana, who passed away on June 18, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton Ashworth and Clara Tant Ashworth; and her husband Cleon Robert Faglier. She is survived by: her children, Wayne Faglier (Marsha) of Thomson and Debbie Faglier Hitt (Ray) of Grovetown; her sister Sandra Morton of North Augusta, SC; her grandson McKenzie Hitt; and her niece Brittany Morton Howell.
