She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smith and Hazel Agee Smith; her husband Kenneth Kitchens; and her children, Krysta Kitchens Moore and Ken Kitchens.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Kitchens Smith (Lewis); her son-in-law Punta Gorda; her grandchildren, Daniel Dean, Toni Dean Brown, Krysta Dean Newsome, Callee Smith, John Smith, Colby Moore and Hannah Moore; and her sister Lynette Johnson. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
