She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Eli Ogletree and Lessie Jeanette Patrick Ogletree; her husband Lawrence H. Ashley; and her sisters, Toni Cannon and Betty Blair.
She is survived by: her children, Preston Ashley and Leigh Lackey (Travis) of Harlem, GA; her sisters, Josie Mines (James) of Madison, GA and Judy Braxton of Washington, GA; and her grandchildren, Topanga Hughes and Justin Hughes (Morgan).
