With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Max McTier of Thomson, Georgia, born in Jefferson, Georgia, who passed away on August 8, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Macon McTier and Myrtis Smith McTier; and his daughters, Sherry McTier and Luann Levesque. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Powers McTier; his sons, Mike McTier (Tabitha) and Tim McTier (Sherry); and his sister Barbara Ann Bryant. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
