She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace David Gilmer, Jr. and Virginia Gilmer Baker; and her grandchildren, Amber Marie Whitaker and Austin Luke Ashley. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Banks (Ken), Melissa Thornton (Eddie) and Billy Reuben Huff Jr.; and her siblings, Linda Armstrong (John) and Wallace Alton "Buck" (Pat). She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
