She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Joe Gobble and Rebecca Strother Gobble; her son Robert Russell Reese, Jr.; her sisters, Jane Reid and Amelia Harrison; and her grandsons, Jeremy Hayes and Nick Reese.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Russell Reese, Sr.; her sister Pat Thornton; her children, Donna Buffington and Joe Buffington (Donna); and her grandchildren, Priscilla Morris (Jerry), Kelly Rich (Cody), Lacie McKellips (Jake), Adam Buffington, Kittie Cross, Rob Reese and Megan Rutherford (Daniel). She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
