He is survived by: his wife Betty Chalker Johnson; his children, Barney Lewis Johnson, Jr. (Janice) of Bluffton, SC and Wanda Johnson Hayes (Bob) of Watkinsville, GA; his grandchildren, B. L. Johnson, Aaron Johnson, Gina Hayes and Kelly Williams; and his great grandchildren, Pierce Johnson, Ridge Johnson and Josey Johnson.
