He was predeceased by: his parents, J. F. Williford and Nellie Ruth Todd Williford; and his siblings, Louie Williford, Hazel Lott, Geraldine Muns, Rachel Roberts and Connie Coffman.

He is survived by: his daughter Laura Williford; his sister Dianne Curl; and his granddaughters, Maria Silveira-Williford and Zoe Silveira-Williford. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
