She was predeceased by: her husbands, George Neal Phillips and Arthur Dave Barrow; her parents, Edward Reilly and Mary Reilly; and her sister Julie Reilly.
She is survived by: her children, Michael "Mike" Sean Phillips and Michelle Lee Phillips Williams; her grandson Jared Austin Williams; and her cousin Beatrice Reilly.
