With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Katheren Reese of Thomson, Georgia, born in Gibson, Georgia, who passed away on December 7, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Johnson and Lillian Rogers Johnson; and her siblings, Fay Johnson, Bob Johnson and Lorena Johnson.

She is survived by: her children, Kathy Reese, Keith Reese (Recy) and Kenan Reese (Julie); her grandchildren, Samantha Madariaga (Rico), Ivie Reese, Lillian Reese and Vanessa Reese; and also, Synthia and Arthur Benton. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins.
