She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Perdue and Pearl Perdue; and her husbands, Jerry D. Smith and Thomas Dennis Bradford. She is survived by: her daughter Kathy S. Locklear (Frank); her grandchild Jennah; her daughter Vicky S. Reese (Wayne); her grandchildren, Clay Walden (Stephanie) and Brooke Swint; her stepdaughter Tonya Bradford Gowan (Bill); her children, April, Quinn, Tyler and Jeff Bradford (Melissa); and her grandchildren, Cassidy and Morgan. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
