She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas and Wiggins; and her brother Tommy Wiggins. She is survived by: her husband William "Billy" Bell; her son Benjamin "Bengie" Bell; and her grandchildren, Lauren Bell, Bo Bell and Brycen Thompson. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
Per CDC requirements the family will be observing social distancing and masks are requested.
