He is survived by: his children, Janet Finley Wagner, James Robert Finley of Aiken, SC and John Douglas Finley of Sardis, GA.; his grandchildren, Brittany Baggott and Kyle Amsbaugh (Karli) of Hubert, NC; and his sister Judy Causby of Marion, NC.. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
