She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Smith and Margaret Smith; her brother James Smith; and her stepsister Kathy Ott. She is survived by: her husband Jim Porter; her children, James T. Porter, Jr. (Carol K.) and Jenifer Hughes (Todd); her siblings, Joseph Hance, Daniel Carden (Leslie) and Tammy Mohl; and her grandchildren, James Porter III, Anthony S. Porter, Johnathan Porter, Emily Porter, Kaitlyn Stanislawski, Franklin M. Yarbrough IV and Dylan Yarbrough.
