She was predeceased by: her parents, Sterling Norris and Louise Norris; and her husband Norman Dent. She is survived by: her sons, Tommy Dent (Debbie), Scottie Dent (Gwyn) and Doug Dent (Mimi); her sisters, Martha Jackson and Mary Sanders; and her stepsiblings, Bubba Norris, Don Norris and Kathy Whitfield. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
