He was predeceased by: his father Bennett Hulsey. He is survived by: his wife Elaine H. Hulsey; his daughters, Christina Hulsey (John), Jody Hulsey of Jessup and Jamie Simmons (Justin) of Thomson; and his sister Marsha Hulsey of Martinez. He is also survived by five grandsons and four granddaughters and four great-granddaughters.
