With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack L. Yelton Jr. of Thomson, Georgia, who passed away on February 9, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Jack shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Jack farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his cousins, Peggy Benson, Jennie Wells and Kimberly Carter; and his close friends, Jean and Vernon Burkey.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Curtis Funeral Home (218 W Hall St, Thomson, GA 30824). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
